Anthony was born on 18 November 1975 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne, and Wear, England. He holds British nationality and possesses white caucasian ethnicity. He was raised by his father, Raymond Partlin, and his mother, Christine Clark Woodhall. He grew up with his two siblings, Sarah McPartlin and Emma McPartlin.
