Jeremy Stephens is an American professional mixed martial artist who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship under featherweight division. He is scheduled to face Mateusz Gamrot on July 17, 2021, at UFC Fight Night 191.

Jeremy Stephens was born on 26 May 1986 in Des Moines, Iowa, US. He is an American by nationality and belongs to mixed ethnicity. He is of Mexican descent maternally. His birth sign is Gemini. He grew up in a broken family. His parents divorced when he was 8-year-old. His father was granted custody of him when he was in the fifth grade.

Jeremy attended Norwalk High School, where he was a standout in baseball and wrestling. His grandfather introduced him to mixed martial arts.

At the age of 16, Jeremy started his amateur career in MMA, and by the age of 18, he was the UGC and MCC Lightweight Champion. In 2007, he made his first debut in the UFC fight against Din Thomas at UFC 71. 

To date, Jeremy has fought with many fighters such as Diego Saraiva, Cole Miller, Nik Lentz, Sam Stout, Marcus Davis, Anthony Pettis, Darren Elkins, Dennis Bermudez, and Calvin Kattar.
